The research uncovered that pet owners frequently encounter challenges in managing their pets' care routines, often feeling overwhelmed by the array of tasks involved. This insight highlights a need for a streamlined solution that simplifies pet care responsibilities and enhances the overall experience through intuitive features, empowering users to confidently navigate their pet ownership journey with ease. The central goal in designing the iPet app was to create a holistic experience that encompasses everything pet owners need, from medical tracking to training tips, aiming to enhance the overall pet ownership journey.
Design
During the app design phase, I focused on creating a cohesive and user-friendly interface that reflects our brand identity. I utilized a graphic language with consistent colors, typography, and pet-related iconography to ensure a seamless user experience. The purple color scheme was chosen for its associations with creativity and warmth, ideal for emphasizing the nurturing and playful aspects of pet ownership. Icons like paw prints, doghouse, and leashes were strategically placed throughout the interface for intuitive navigation. Each screen was meticulously designed for clarity and ease of use, featuring intuitive navigation patterns and interactive elements.
