The Challenge
The project faced several challenges: our main objective was to create a design system that could be easily adopted by all stakeholders involved in developing digital products and services for the Israeli government, ensuring consistency across a diverse range of offerings. This required effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing an agile system with responsive components. Leveraging Figma's built-in tools for auto layout and responsive design proved instrumental in swiftly and consistently creating user interfaces tailored to government needs.
Components & me
As part of the project, I designed and developed new components within complex components, leveraging existing styles and patterns. This approach ensured seamless integration and consistency across the entire design system, while also enhancing functionality and user experience. Each new component was carefully crafted to align with established design principles, enhancing the overall usability and visual appeal of the system.
